We are looking for a Junior Research Analyst (even without previous work experience) to join our team. A person who will perform research, collect and analyze information about the Swiss market for investments promotion.
Who we are
EMRG Capital is a venture studio. We create new businesses and startups. Some of the projects we already launched are:
a financial marketing company operating in Switzerland
a line of private label Amazon stores within the home decor niche
online marketplaces in the US
online media in the home improvement and healthcare industries
We are looking for a person to join the project, which promotes investment in the Swiss market. Our portfolio includes such companies as SpaceX, Nubank, Amēa, and others. Our team consists of young, talented, and competitive people from different parts of the world: Ukraine, USA, Germany, Switzerland, Poland, Pakistan, UK, and others. We are about thirty people and we are a fully remote team.
We only hire the top 5% of candidates, but those who get in receive systematic training, resources, and a level of responsibility that is hard to find anywhere else in the market: the average age of managers in our company is 22 years, and these people can manage projects with hundreds of thousands of views.
Requirements:
Current studies or degree in the field of Economics, Accounting, Finance, Audit, or related fields
English — Upper-Intermediate or Advanced: oral and written
Excellent web research capability and ability to filter relevant information from large quantities of text
Ability to prioritize and structure multiple tasks effectively and to meet deadlines
Self-discipline, ability to work without supervision, under the pressure of deadlines in a dynamic environment
Structured and analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
Investigate, discover and analyze web resources on given finance topics
Investigate the financial market in Switzerland
Convert a large amount of gathered information into easy-to-understand tables, graphs, and reports
Support the creation of whitepapers, articles, newsletters
Analyze the efficiency of marketing programs and strategies

Working conditions:
Fully remote position
Flexible schedule (at least 30 hours/week)
Compensation $1.5-2.5 per hour (depends on the results of the test task and the level of English)
