Customer support representative


Raise.Band is a product company that’s been developing and promoting our own websites in a competitive niche of academic consulting in the US. Our dedicated team specializes in design & web development, SEO and e-marketing. Besides, we create our own tools and tech solutions for business automation. Our office is located in Kyiv.

We are currently looking for a Customer support representative with strong knowledge of English for a completely remote job.


Responsibilities:

Provide a high level of customer service via live chat, email and phone

Consult clients about services, features, payment options etc.

Timely process clients’ requests

Ensure customers’ satisfaction

Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.


Working schedule:

Morning shift: 7:00—15:00

Day shift: 15:00—23:00

Night shift: 23:00—7:00

At least one night shift per week is obligatory.

Has a high level of accountability

Has excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+,C1)

Is a logical & creative thinking person

Has basic computer skills
